Refund Policy
DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase. In the event of failure of a product to conform to this written warranty, please take the following action:
Send us an email to support@cyberforgetools.com that includes the following information:
- Order number (Ex: #RK123456)
- A description of the issue.
- A video/s where the issue is visible.
Subject the email as “Return request - Order #RK12345”
Or, you can go directly to our contact form and fill in the “Returns” request.
Follow the customer service team's instructions.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, complete with its original packaging and all included pieces. We require comprehensive photographic evidence to verify the item's condition. Cyber Forge reserves the right to decline any return if the item fails to meet these conditions, with our decision being final.
Returns due to personal dissatisfaction or a change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The same return conditions apply, with Cyber Forge retaining the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet specified conditions, with our decision being final.
Refunds are not granted solely due to delivery time unless it violates our shipping guarantee, such as delays beyond our control. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
For returns within the United States, a return fee is applied to cover return shipping costs incurred by USPS, deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is separate from any administrative costs, and its specific amount depends on location and shipping method. For further details, contact our customer support or refer to our shipping policy.

Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the timeframe for receiving your returned product varies based on your location.

Non-returnable items:
- All sales are final for our digital products, which include eBooks. The contents of these products are thoroughly outlined on their respective product pages. - Gift cards: These are also non-returnable.
There are specific scenarios where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item which is not in its original condition, not due to our error. Such as damaged items, or those with missing parts for reasons
- Any refund process that started more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After this, a process of refund will be initiated, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or the original method of payment within a timeframe determined by Cyber Forge. A request for a refund prior to receiving the item can be made. In such cases, the refund will only be processed once it has passed our inspection and the product has been returned and received by us. Alternatively, we may choose to offer a partial refund.
