This time frame allows us to promptly initiate a dispute with the carrier, as many carriers impose a strict 30-day window for disputing delivery discrepancies.

Item Not Received (if applicable)
The guaranteed shipping time is firm 50 days, as outlined in our shipping policy. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. However, please be aware that any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and Cyber Forge will not accept any liability for such delays.

Missing Item (if applicable)
In the event of a missing item from your order, Cyber Forge allows a window of 20 days from the date of delivery for customers to report the issue. Please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible within this 20-day period and provide a picture or any relevant information regarding the missing item.
It's important to note that certain orders may be subject to weight restrictions, which could necessitate separate package dispatch. The missing item may be included in a subsequent package delivery in such cases. Additionally, if the missing item is a result of a fulfillment error on our end, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Reshipment Policy
Each customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Complete shipping information includes address, city/neighborhood, province/state (if applicable), apartment/house/suite number, zip code, and recipient's name.
If the shipping information provided is incorrect, or the recipient is unable to receive it or to pick it up at their local post office, a reshipment will be required. In that case, a reshipment fee will be charged to the customer. This instance is possible if the package returns to our warehouse.
If your address is incorrect, the item will most likely be destroyed at the post office. Under such conditions, we may offer to reship the product with a 40% discount on the final price. However, this is subject to our discretion and availability of the product.
Please be aware that if you choose to send a package to an office or any address other than your address, the receipt and approval of the package entry are entirely dependent on the policy of the receiving place. Cyber Forge will not accept any liability for the denial of entry of the package or its return to the sender under these circumstances. By choosing such a delivery address, you agree to assume all risks associated with the location's acceptance policies.

International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to different countries (not the U.S.) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Cyber Forge does not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We take care of the Import Fees of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Norway, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands (the), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The purchaser will be responsible for all customs taxes and additional taxes that are charged by the destination country.
